Collage: Find 20-25 pictures that describe your topic. You will put them together on a Pages sheet. Create a second page and write a 3-5 sentence reflection on WHY you chose the pictures you used. Here are some SAMPLES. They do not include the reflection, but you'll see how to do it!
Interview: Write 10-15 questions and answers of an "interview" with a person connected to your topic. Use your research to help you determine which questions would be good and how they should be answered. Here is a SAMPLE of how to structure an interview.
Speech: Write a short speech about your topic. Your speech should take 2-5 minutes to read. Here is a SAMPLE of a speech.
Book Review: You will review one of the websites you visited to get information for your research paper. Use the SAMPLE to help you structure it.
Survey: Conduct a survey related to your topic. Your survey should include at least 5 questions and you should ask at least 50 people. Write a 5-10 sentence reflection describing what you've learned as a result of taking the survey. Here is a SAMPLE of a survey.
Timeline: Create a timeline of at least 20 important dates related to your topic. Include pictures where appropriate. Here is a SAMPLE of a timeline.
Idea Web: Use Popplet on your iPad to create an idea web about your topic. Here is a SAMPLE Idea Web.
Map: Hand-draw a map of a place or places important to your topic. Here is a SAMPLE of a Map.
Obituary: Write a short statement about the life and death of an individual related to your topic. Here is a SAMPLE of an obituary.
Graph/Diagram: Create a graph or diagram of something important to your topic. A graph would be good if you are also conducting a survey... Here is a SAMPLE Graph and here is a SAMPLE diagram.
